Unprofessional staff i was there there and asked guy for assistance he said he’s off work and said that a girl will assist we were waiting for the girl to assist us and she left as well and the same guy said give us information about yourself as we give him information after checking he said you have account with is because my card was lost after few minutes he said you don’t have any account with us.wasting peoples time and trying to fool them with false statements should be fired from job

Personne ne répond au téléphone à cette succursale et personne ne rappelle même si on laisse un message!!! J'habite actuellement à Québec et je déménage dans moins d'un mois à Terrebonne. Ça m'inquiète beaucoup, car ce sera ma prochaine succursale!

Concept inefficace et frustrant. On fait tout à l’accueil pour ne pas vous donner de rendez-vous pour parler à un conseiller hypothécaire. La personne passive agressive à l’accueil vous offre de vous faire rappeler un jour, mais elle me sait pas quand, car on veut économiser et le temps qu'on paie pour les conseillers en rendez-vous.Il en faut du culot pour vous refuser 15 min de temps sur une durée d'un an quand vous leur versez 6K$ et plus par année en intérêt sur une hypothèque de maison, car vous voulez économiser" le temps des conseillers. Avoir pu choisir ma banque qui gère l'hypothèque je serais allée chez Desjardins sans hésiter.En somme

J'y suis allé pour changer de forfait et pour faire changer ma succursale et 1 mois après, je me suis aperçu que AUCUNS changements n'a été effectué et que j'ai été facturé des frais de transactions alors que normalement j'aurai rien dû payer. J'y suis retourné et on m'a refait les changements et on m'a rembourser. Je laisse 4 étoiles puisque les employées sont souriantes et ont un bon service ! Je suis satisfait malgré tout ... l'erreur est humaine.

Great branch. I had a terrible experience at the Bay and Bloor branch with rude service and this branch couldn’t have been better.The teller Tennyson was super helpful, friendly, thorough and they were able to get me the USD I was looking to withdraw.I would definitely recommend anyone to use this branch.

Discussed with how unprofessional and completely incompetent or companionate to the outstanding loan that was owed by our DECEASED family member. Took advantage of a very young, grief stricken, 20 year old son of deceased brother. Told him he had to pay out IN FULL the debt. Son is not nor ever was power of attorney or executor. NO one should ever have to pay out of pocket NO one when money is owed from estate. Disgusting and heartless, money monster company. I will continue to spread the word to never use this despicable company.If you are purchasing a automobile, motorcycle, or any other financing equipment BEWARE of this lender.

Wish there was another first Ontario credit union in Brantford, I have been with Simcoe credit union and their service is number one for over 40 years. This branch needs more training and possibly replacing one person who twice now when I made a deposit was not credited to my account. Check right away that your deposits were credited to your accounts and not someone else’s.

Not open weekends out of the 300 locations only one is open. Not fair for people who work 12hrs on the weekdays.
